For years, we’ve opened our doors to our beloved customers, inviting them to experience the magic of our goat farm firsthand. What started as a simple open house has blossomed into a cherished family event that draws visitors from near and far, all eager to bask in the beauty of our farm and the joy of spending time with our furry friends.
Giving Back to Our Community
Picnic with the Goats is and has always been our way of giving back to the community we love so much. From the very beginning, Grumpy Old Goat and I knew that we couldn’t charge admission for a family fun time. We wanted everyone to be able to enjoy a relaxing day with our goats without worrying about the cost. And thanks to the generosity of our visitors, God has always provided through the donations they give when they come for the picnic.
A Day of Family Fun
Our picnic is held four times a year, and each event is filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. Families arrive with wagons filled with chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets brimming with delicious treats. As they spread out their blankets and settle in for the day, our goats eagerly join in on the fun, their curiosity piqued by the sight of so many friendly faces.
An Inspiration for the Future
For those who dream of starting their own homestead one day, our picnic serves as an inspiration, showcasing the joys of farm life in all its glory; there’s something for everyone to enjoy. And as the sun sets and the day draws to a close, we’re filled with gratitude for the memories we’ve made and the connections we’ve forged.
