Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We provide detailed product descriptions, ingredient lists, and other product information to help you make an informed purchase. If you have questions about a product before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the damage

Please keep all damaged products, packaging materials, and the shipping box until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require them for a claim.
Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages
Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible for packages that are shown by the shipping carrier as successfully delivered but are later lost or stolen.
If tracking information shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier or post office for assistance.
For packages damaged or lost while in transit, please contact us so we can determine whether a carrier claim may be filed.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are normally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
United States Shipping
Cajun Corral Farm carefully prepares each order for shipment. Shipping services and packaging are selected based on the size, weight, and contents of your order.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 for orders under $100.
- Free Standard ShippiUnited States Shipping
- Cajun Corral Farm carefully prepares each order for shipment to help ensure your products arrive safely.
- Calculated Shipping: Orders under $100 are charged the applicable carrier shipping rate based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service.
- Free Standard Postage: Orders totaling $100 or more after discounts qualify for complimentary standard postage.
- Handling Fee: A $5.00 handling fee applies to each shipment, including orders qualifying for free standard postage. This fee helps cover packaging materials, order preparation, and carrier drop-off.
- Shipping Carrier: USPS and UPS shipping options may be available at checkout. For orders qualifying for free standard postage, Cajun Corral Farm selects the appropriate carrier and shipping service.ng: Orders totaling $100 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping.
- Shipping Carrier: Cajun Corral Farm reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and standard delivery service for orders qualifying for free shipping.
- Additional Shipping Options: When available, customers may select alternative shipping services at the rates displayed during checkout.

Orders are packaged according to their contents, size, and shipping requirements.
Protective shipping boxes may be available for an additional cost when requested. Any applicable packaging or shipping charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.
If you have specific packaging requirements, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss available options and any additional costs.
Delivery Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, in addition to the estimated carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other shipping delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the carrier accepts your package.
International Shipping
International shipping is available only to destinations enabled at checkout. Shipping rates, when available, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country.
