Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We provide detailed product descriptions, ingredient lists, and other product information to help you make an informed purchase. If you have questions about a product before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the damage

Please keep all damaged products, packaging materials, and the shipping box until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require them for a claim.
Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages
Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible for packages that are shown by the shipping carrier as successfully delivered but are later lost or stolen.
If tracking information shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier or post office for assistance.
For packages damaged or lost while in transit, please contact us so we can determine whether a carrier claim may be filed.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are normally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
United States Shipping
We currently ship U.S. orders primarily through USPS Priority Mail.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 for orders under $75
- Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping
Delivery Time
USPS Priority Mail transit times generally vary by destination. Please allow for our 1–2 business-day processing time in addition to carrier transit time.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other shipping delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates may vary. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout when international shipping is available.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
