**Damaged Products**
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:
1. **Take a Clear Photo:** Capture a clear picture of the damaged item.
2. **Email Us:** Send the photo to Cajun.Corral.Farm@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery.
3. **Include Details:** Please include your order number and a brief description of the damage in the email.
Once we receive your email, we will review the information and respond with further instructions.
**Shipping Issues**
Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible for any shipments that are marked as delivered by the carrier but arrive damaged. In such cases, an insurance claim will be filed with the carrier. Please note that this process may take up to 6 weeks before a refund can be issued.
In addition, Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible if shipment is delayed due to natural event or any other circumstances.
**Stolen Packages**
Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible for any shipments that show as delivered by the carrier but are stolen after delivery. Unfortunately, no refund or replacement can be provided in such cases.

**Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

**Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking**
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
Cajun Corral Farm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
**Damages**
Cajun Corral Farm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us in order for a claim to be filed with carrier.
